  • My rate for a 50-minute session is $120. I also offer limited sliding scale rates based on availability.

  • I am currently in-network with Aetna only. However, I highly recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify any reimbursement options. Many providers offer this benefit but do not advertise it!

  • Some clients come to therapy with very specific concerns, and once they are resolved, they move on from therapy. Other clients enjoy week-to-week support for the ever-changing circumstances of life. The success of therapy is largely determined by the therapeutic alliance between clinician and client, which can take time. While the scope and timeline of treatment will always be yours to determine, clients can generally expect to work with me for at least six months.
